This passion for crafting took on a new meaning when a coworker was navigating a challenging period in her life. To offer some comfort and show my support, I decided to decorate a hat for her. The moment I presented it to her, her eyes welled up with tears. It was a moment of pure, unfiltered joy that underscored the profound impact that a simple, thoughtful gesture can have.
